We ship from US local warehouse via Fedex/UPS/USPS etc, or we may use sea shipping if the order volume is more than 1 cubic meter, depending on your location.
If your address is in the United States, we prioritize shipping the products you've purchased from our local warehouse using FedEx, UPS, or USPS. For some special products, the system will prompt you to select the shipping method before checkout. Priority Express typically delivers within 3 to 5 business days, while Global Express usually takes 7 to 15 business days for delivery.
If your address is outside the United States, we default to using Global Express service for delivery, which typically takes 7 to 15 business days. If you require faster service, please contact us in advance to confirm any additional charges.

Most of our product offer free shipping, there is no extra/hidden shipping price in the cart. Please feel free to order.

We may cancel your order, or part of your order, if the item(s) is out of stock and no longer available. You will receive an email if your complete order is canceled due to the out of stock item(s).

In the situation that part of your order is out of stock, we will remove the out of stock item(s) from your order and will ship the remaining item(s). we will send an email notification and refund the difference to you.
4. Shipping & delivery time
After you place an order, we will check your order and send you an invoice within 24 hours. We will take priority in checking your order and preparing stock items for you. We will then send you an invoice, including the accurate postage. Once you have paid, we will pack and dispatch to you within 3 working day.
Generally, it takes 3-7 working days to get an item delivered by DHL/FedEx/UPS after the package leave our warehouse, depending on where you live. Occasionally, a shortage of goods could lead to a delay in delivery. If this happens, we will send you an email notification and no processes will be done until you respond. We can offer an exchange or cancel service for you according to your will.
